A note from owner, Cyndi George
I wanted to own a studio where everyone could feel comfortable in trying out Yoga or Pilates.
I work directly with people needing a little assist on getting back into the world of exercise due to injury or from just dear old “Father Time.”
I understand and empathize with back pain; knee pain and neck pain having been the lucky recipient of a few surgeries myself.
One goal I had was to build a studio that could be a place to fill the gap between the medical & physical therapy fields and the public group fitness communities.
If you are over 40, a beginner or re-entry into fitness, inflexible, have balance issues, poor posture, are post-rehab, dealing with scar tissue or suffer from incontinence, plantar fasciitis neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s, CP, MS, Brain Injury, Stroke, PTSD, experience chronic back issues, or need pain management through movement and meditation, then our highly structured programs and modalities will work for you and work towards returning you to the most functional state possible in the safest time frame possible.
Cynshine™ Pilates & Integrated Movement will work with your Physician, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, and or Physical Therapist to ensure that our protocol matches the medical guidelines set forth.
Our staff is highly educated in anatomy, biomechanics, Special Populations, and rehabilitation needs. We will assess and then suggest the best and most effective program for you. We will meet you where you are, and take you to where you need to be.
Breathe Deeply ~ Feel Movement ~ Play Nice,
